This course is designed for those taking their first steps in leadership, taking on new responsibilities or stepping up to a bigger role where they’ll need a greater understanding.

 

Leading with Purpose- Leading others with integrity and influence:

This course is designed for those who are already in a position of leadership, and have the desire to grow and take on new responsibilities and step up into a bigger role. We start with gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and other people that we work and interact with.  We will explore in depth, collaborative working methods and creating an effective team. Developing and empowering others to succeed is a key part of this training.

NEW HIRE AND PRODUCT TRAINING

For new store / branches and restaurant opening, this training utilises some aspects of our training packages as outlined, together with your priorities for your new location. This training is developed in conjunction with you, and completely bespoke to your organisation.
